A.K.A. pre-views and short-lists all properties held by estate agents and arranges a convenient time to accompany you by car to selected viewings. We have the resources of estate agents, developers and private contacts at our disposal, as well as access to the latest property database showing new properties that come on the market. Our aim is to find the perfect property but additionally to offer clients an all-round service, helping them settle down in their new area.

Once your perfect home has been found, A.K.A. Management and Concierge Service is available to organise the administration of your home to suit your particular needs. We can set up your home and manage your property as you require. From opening new or transferring existing utility accounts, setting up household services such as broadband, telephone and TV packages, to finding you an electrician or calling out a plumber for a one-off job, we will do it. Our goal is to give our personalised assistance and to help clients feel happy with their entire relocation package whether it’s finding the best property near the best schools for your children to making your commute to work as easy as possible. Furthermore A.K.A. also deals with short term lets and serviced apartments.

Fees

In case of a rental we charge a standard rate of one month’s rent plus VAT to be paid once the Tenancy Agreement has been signed. In case of a purchase we charge 1%-1.5% of the purchase price plus VAT depending on the price of the property. There is no registration fee and all we require in order to commence the search is a 30% deposit of the success fee which is later deducted from the total amount once contracts are signed and exchanged.
